The Challenge

Séntire came with a clear vision, a luxury travel consultancy built around deeply personalised, emotionally intelligent experiences. Not a booking platform. Not a generic travel agent. Something genuinely different.

But without positioning, identity, or digital infrastructure, that vision had nowhere to land. Everything needed to be built from scratch.

The Approach

I led the full brand development end to end across five interconnected workstreams:

Brand Strategy & Positioning
Developed the complete strategic foundation, brand positioning, audience definition, value proposition and market differentiation. Established Séntire’s place in the luxury travel space not as a booking service but as an emotionally intelligent travel partner.

Identity System
Designed the full visual identity including logo system, typography, colour palette, brand guidelines and print collateral including business cards. Every element was built to communicate quiet luxury, refined, confident and distinctly modern.

Digital Platform & SEO
Designed and developed the full Webflow website including information architecture, UX flow and on-site SEO strategy. Built a scalable CMS housing 400+ curated destinations, structured for long term content growth and search discoverability.

The Séntire Selector
Directed the concept and build of an interactive travel discovery tool that helps clients find their ideal destination based on emotional intent rather than geography. A genuinely differentiated digital experience that no competitor in the luxury travel space offers.

Social Strategy & Content Direction
Developed the full social strategy including platform roles, content pillars, tone of voice and posting framework. Directed the editorial email newsletter series, designed as a printed magazine that happens to be an email.

Started with deep founder sessions to understand Séntire’s vision, values, target audience and competitive landscape. Mapped the emotional territory the brand needed to own, intelligent, unhurried, deeply personal luxury.

Developed the full positioning strategy before a single design decision was made. Defined the brand architecture, audience personas, differentiation strategy and digital ecosystem plan.

Designed the identity system, developed the Webflow platform, architected the CMS, built the Séntire Selector and directed the social and email creative direction simultaneously.
